I am excited to share that I have started participating in NASA GeneLab for High Schools (GL4HS), an educational program

that introduces students to bioinformatics, space biology, and data science using real NASA research data.

As part of this journey, I recently completed the NASA Open Science Essentials (OSE) course and earned my official badge. The course introduced the principles of open science, including transparency, collaboration, data sharing, and reproducible research. These ideas are becoming increasingly important in modern scientific research and help make scientific discoveries accessible to everyone.

Through GL4HS, I look forward to learning how scientists analyze biological data collected in space and how living organisms respond to the unique conditions of the space environment. The program combines biology, computer science, and data analysis—fields that are becoming increasingly important for future space exploration.

I am grateful for this opportunity to learn from NASA scientists and educators, and I am excited to explore the intersection of space science, biology, and data science in the months ahead.
