After months of research, writing, and revision, I’m grateful to see my research paper, “Black-to-White-Hole Transitions in Quantum Gravity: A Narrative Review of the Rovelli Framework and the Information Paradox.” published in

the American Journal of Student Research (AJSR), Vol. 4, Issue 5 (2026).
The paper explores a fascinating question at the intersection of astrophysics and quantum gravity: What happens at the end of a black hole’s life?
I examine the framework developed by Carlo Rovelli and collaborators, in which quantum-gravitational effects may replace the classical singularity with a bounce and allow a black hole to transition into a long-lived white-hole remnant. I also consider what this proposal could mean for the black hole information paradox, while comparing it with other approaches and examining the model’s theoretical limitations and possible observational implications.
Working on this paper taught me how important it is not only to understand a scientific theory, but also to question its assumptions, distinguish established results from model-dependent proposals, and critically evaluate what remains unresolved.
